Very experienced in Welding and fabrication of Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium in Plate and sectional Form. Working with customer supplied Laser Cut and Pre Folded projects. Just requiring Assembly and Seam Welding.
Cast Aluminium repairs also undertaken.

Our Workshop is equipped for Manual Drilling,Milling, Shaping and Turning Work. We can do one off Machine Projects,along with batch work. Very experienced with small sized Jobs.(Biggest Lathe 700 mm Between centers)

Jonk's Bespoke Fabrication are really at home making Tiller Pins. Manually Turning Our own Range out of solid Aluminium, Brass, and for the new Chrome look Stainless Steel. Using these as single material bodies or combined. With years of experience making tiller pins for the narrow boat community and the known Boat Makers. We now offer a wide range of Tiller Pin styles. Personally hand machined, Linished, Buffed and Polished (Per order). We do not do off the shelf from stock. Our range comes in Traditional looking, Contemporary and the previous where possible in a Recessed version. This Recess as you will see in the gallery bellow as well as within the shop. Can house your boat name a phrase or an enamel piece.

You may have an item of sentiment or an idea of your own Tiller Pin in mind. We have tried a few ways to make this service possible for us and customer. Finding that the best way of working is for our customer to source there own item for conversion. Over the years the list of what we have converted, altered and mounted. Has give us the experience and skill to tackle just about anything from Buddha's to Horses you name it.
Able to work with items made of material such as. Hollow cast or solid Brass,Bronze,Resin,Plastic,Pewter etc.
HOW THIS WORKS.
If help or advise is needed contact us via the links near the bottom of the home page. In most cases a guide cost can be given. Working normally on a max cost or less basis. Source your item send it to us. On receiving your item we would come up with the best way to convert it into your Tiller Pin. This and cost would be discussed with you 1st. Should you decide not to go ahead we would gladly return your item free of charge.
Tiller Handle Ends
Designed to fit onto your own Tiller handle. Hand Machined And available in solid Brass or Stainless Steel. Machined with a Recess. To accommodate your Boats name a phrase or an enamel Piece. Could be an enamel piece supplied by you for us to fit. Easy enough project for anyone with good Basic skills.

Spirit Bottle Stops
Spirit Bottle Stops. These are hand made and hand machined from solid Stainless Steel. Available in two Styles with a Machined Recess. This is to house your boat name,a Phrase or an Enamel piece.

Personalised Name Plates
We have managed to find a supplier who will waver a minimum order qty. Available in the style shown in the picture. Available in one two or three line options. With many font,font colour and background colour options. Placed on a metal base printed and covered with a Resin. These have proved them selves in all weathers and are UV proof. Font and colour options available to see in the products own picture slide show

Enamel Inserts
We have been told by many that they believe we were the 1st to add Enamel into Tiller Pins. After you have selected your Body style from our Range of Recessed Tiller Pins. We would Gladly fit your supplied Enamel piece into your Tiller Pin Recess, Free of Charge. Enamel pieces can be sourced as a pin badge. With many Areas covered i.e. County,Country,Football,Armed Forces and Clubs etc etc.
Yorkshire and Lancashire Roses available in our store.
Maximum Recess size 28 mm (size of a 50p coin).

Help using the online shop & General information.
Hand made and Hand Machined Products
All our Products sold in the shop can be found by a complete shop browse. Or for a Specific Product select Shop at the top of this page. Then Filters and your specific product.
Once found click on your product to open its own page. There you will find a picture slide show giving various angles of the product. All options available for the product can be selected via drop down boxes. All the drop down boxes must be selected and filled in. If you don't want an option simply select none in the particular drop down box section.
In the product section lower down you will also find a detailed description. Then under that its sizes and weight (IF NEEDED).
Personalized name Plates
Name plates are only available in the background style shown. This was agreed with the supplier to avoid minimum order quantities.
The Name Plates can be found in the shop via products/category ,optional extras and Name plates. Once this is selected it will open up the product and its options. You can choose your name or phrase over one two or three lines (26 characters max per line inc spaces. More characters per line the smaller). You can also choose the Font Style from the options available. Along with Font Colour and background Colour. These can be found from the Name Plate picture slide show,once chosen. Use the drop down boxes to select your choices. When checking out with your products you can add your Name/Phrase in the instructions Box below the address entry.

Enamel Pieces.
As you will have seen from our Gallery and Product Photos. Enamel pieces are a great way to personalize, add meaning and colour to your product. Pin badges are a great source giving a mass variety of options County,Country,Sport,Military,Club and so much more.
If you are supplying your own enamel for free fitting it must be 28 mm in diameter (a 50p) or under. Simply Purchase a product you like from the online shop that has a recess in it check out. You can advise us your sending your own enamel to us. Via the further instructions box under your address section when checking out. (OFFICE ADDRESS AVAILABLE FROM CONTACT SECTION)
Yorkshire and Lancashire Roses can be purchased from the store. Select categories and optional extras.

Turn Around Time.
All orders purchased from the online store. Will be made and posted out with a turn around time of 14 to 21 days. Depending on our work load some orders arrive faster. Please bare in mind,each order is personally hand made for our customer from start to finish.THERE IS NO OFF THE SHELF FROM HERE.
Postage information.
All items bought from the online store will be posted free of charge (UK ONLY). They will be sent 1st class via Royal mail and will require signing for. Once we have a Postal Receipt a Tracking number will be sent to you via Text or with your email receipt.
